As a school we believe that providing extra-curricular clubs is crucial to our pupils' overall development. It provides opportunities for pupils to enjoy a range of activities with their friends. We believe that these opportunities provide a significant role in the wider development of children's interests and they contribute to their personal development and welfare. Most of our clubs focus on 'Physical Activity' in order to support positive mental health and fitness. We offer a couple of clubs each half term that are linked to other areas of the curriculum including Reading and Computing.
We offer a variety of clubs throughout the school year, both during and at the end of the school day. Currently our own school staff provide the majority of our clubs that are on offer, however we also engage with different providers from time to time.
Extra-Curricular clubs are changed each half term. At points throughout the year we consult with the pupils and parents regarding any preferences they have.
