Complaints Procedure Policy

If you have a concern and wish to discuss it with a member of our team, please contact the named member of staff via Class Dojo message or by telephoning the school office on 0121 464 3173.

Complaints specifically about SEND provision should be addressed by talking to Mrs Steatham, our SENDCo, in the first instance.
